To commemorate his centenary, we celebrate Mel Brooks and his dazzling seven decades on stage and screen, from The 2000 Year Old Man and Young Frankenstein to The Producers and History of the World, Parts I & II. When Jewish Book Week began in 1952, he was already a WWII veteran and writer on Your Show of Shows. To close our 75th anniversary, festival favourite Maureen Lipman and special guests Andy Nyman and Marc Antolin from the London cast of The Producers, alongside Toni Kanal, Allan Corduner, Rob Rinder, and Geoff Morrow on piano, salute the Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony winner.
