In Art & Religion in the 21st CenturyAaron Rosen has conducted the first in-depth study of an international roster of contemporary artists who use their work to explore religion’s cultural, social, political and psychological impact on today’s world. He is joined by Rev. Professor Ben Quash and artist Leni Diner Dothan, who has created a specially-commissioned artwork for Jewish Book Week 2016.

Leni Diner Dothan is an Israeli-born artist, architect and researcher based in London who blends her skills and knowledge in dealing with the overlooked representations of women and especially mothers in art history and contemporary culture, as well as eco-political urgent subjects.

Ben Quash

Ben Quash is Professor of Christianity and the Arts and Director of the Centre for Arts and the Sacred at King’s College London.

Aaron Rosen

Dr. Aaron Rosen is Professor of Religion & Visual Culture and Director of the Henry Luce III Center for the Arts & Religion at Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington, DC. He is Visiting Professor at King’s College London, where he was Senior Lecturer of Sacred Traditions and the Arts.
