Itamar Srulovich is one half of the couple behind Honey & Co., a Middle Eastern restaurant in London which he runs with his wife, Sarit Packer. He is also the author of Honey & Co: Food from the Middle East.

Josh Katz is the co-owner and chef behind the London restaurant Berber & Q, as well as the Shawarma Bar and a kiosk in Spitalfields market. Josh worked at Ottolenghi, Galvin Bistrot de Luxe and Zest before opening Berber&Q in 2015.

Tomer Amedi is the head chef at the Palomar restaurant in London. He was born and raised in Jerusalem where food was always a big part of his life.

Jay Rayner is an award-winning writer, journalist and broadcaster, perhaps best known as the restaurant critic since 1999 for The Observer. Jay appears regularly on TV, including on Masterchef.
