Luciana Berger served as a Member of Parliament from 2010 to 2019, first elected at the age of 28. During her three terms in Parliament, Luciana held a number of high-profile roles, including Shadow Minister for Energy and Climate Change, Shadow Minister for Public Health, and the first ever Shadow Cabinet Minister for Mental Health. She was elevated to the House of Lords in March 2025.

Luciana chairs the Maternal Mental Health Alliance, serves on the advisory board of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute and is Vice President of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Jewish Leadership Council.
