Naomi Alexander

Naomi Alexander ROI is an internationally renowned artist, who has an astonishing ability to imbue her work with both delicacy and emotionally charged humour.

Alexander has been a member of the Royal Society of Oil painters at the Mall Galleries, London, since 1984 and sat as its Publicity Officer for a decade. Her work has been exhibited internationally and has been selected for the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts, London, regularly since 1985. Her paintings are held in numerous notable museums and collections including the Victoria and Albert Museum; The New Hall Art Collection, University of Cambridge; The Laing Art Gallery; The Ben Uri Gallery & Museum; The Shipley Art Gallery; and the collection of the Sultan of Oman.

She has published two books, Once Upon A Time in Lithuania (2006) and Domesticity (2015). A Chicken Full of Jewels: Domesticity in Turmoil (2025) is her first visual narrative.
