Silvia Nacamulli is a London-based cook, lecturer, and author specialising in Italian Jewish cuisine. Born and bred in Rome, she is a regular columnist for the Jewish Chronicle and the author of Jewish Flavours of Italy: A Family Cookbook (Green Bean Books). She presents worldwide, and founded Cooking for the Soul, through which she teaches and caters traditional home cooking. She serves on the advisory board of FOODISH, the culinary wing of ANU – Museum of the Jewish People in Israel.
